•   Chateau de Lagarde Les Hauts Bordeaux Blanc 2018 ($13.99)...White peach, lemon, river stone, and honeydew melon on the nose with peach, pear, honeydew melon, almond, and lime zest on the palate.  Organically grown 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon from the town of Saint Laurent du Bois in Bordeaux, France.  (Food pairing: Crispy fried goat cheese with honey and pear)
• Familia Chavarri Larchago Rioja Reserva 2012 ($21.99)...Cherry, rosemary, raspberry, and vanilla on the nose with black cherry, pepper, raspberry, fig, smoke, and vanilla on the palate.  100% Tempranillo grown in Rioja Alavesa in the shadow of the ancient city of Laguardia, Spain.  (Food pairing: Braised oxtail enchiladas)
•   Credaro "Five Tales" Cabernet Margaret River 2017 ($21.99)...Black currant, cigar box, cedar, and a trace of spearmint on the nose with black currant, cherry, blackberry, black tea, black olive, and dark chocolate on the palate.  An elegant, dare we say "throwback" Cabernet and a favorite of Justin's from Margaret River, Australia.  (Food pairing: Tomahawk ribeye)
